1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CT888 ("CT888", "the platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the ct888 website at ct888.onl or the ct888 mobile application in any way, including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game or service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply in conjunction with the CT888 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and CT888. Where these Terms are silent on a specific matter, general platform policies and reasonable commercial practice apply.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a CT888 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CT888 is strictly an adult entertainment platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or any commercial or legal entity.
• You must not already hold an active CT888 account. Only one account per person is permitted.

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3 Account Registration

You may register a CT888 account by completing the registration process on the platform. You are required to provide a valid email address or mobile number, create a secure password and agree to these Terms during the registration process.

3.1 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. CT888 relies on the information you provide for account verification, payment processing and communications. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including using a name that does not match your identity documents — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one CT888 account only. If duplicate accounts are detected — identified through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, payment method linkage, IP address patterns or any other means — CT888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any bonus funds, and in cases of deliberate evasion, void associated winnings.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of whether you authorised it directly. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact CT888 support immediately.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your CT888 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion tool in account settings is the appropriate route rather than a standard account closure request.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on CT888 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time or near real time depending on the payment method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your CT888 account balance within 60 to 90 seconds. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the processing bank. CT888 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method. CT888 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. CT888 may require you to verify your account before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. CT888 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. CT888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Delays may occur where additional verification is required. CT888 does not charge withdrawal fees from the platform side, though your payment provider may deduct charges.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. CT888 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as permitted under these Terms. Players will be notified before any dormancy charges are applied where contact details are valid. To avoid dormancy, simply log in to your account and, where relevant, make a deposit or withdrawal.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

CT888 offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 tournaments, international cricket, football, esports and other markets, as well as live casino tables and a slots library. The following rules apply across all gaming sections of the platform.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on CT888 are subject to acceptance by the platform. CT888 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect odds display, where a market has been suspended, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of a market or event.

5.2 Cricket and PSL Markets

Cricket betting, including Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 internationals and other Pakistan cricket events, is subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, tied, or a result being overturned after the fact, CT888 will settle bets in line with the platform's official cricket settlement rules published on the sports section of the platform.

5.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting allows you to place bets on events that are already in progress. Odds in live markets move quickly and CT888 cannot guarantee that a bet will be accepted at the displayed odds at the exact moment you submit it. If the odds change between your submission and the platform's acceptance, you will receive either the new odds, the original odds, or the bet may be declined — the specific behaviour is displayed in your account settings as your odds preference.

5.4 Live Casino

Live casino games at CT888 are operated by third-party game studio providers. The rules of each live table game — including baccarat, roulette and blackjack — are governed by the specific game rules displayed within the game interface. CT888 is not responsible for connectivity interruptions during live casino sessions caused by your device or internet connection. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, the outcome will be determined by the completed game round as recorded by the game server.

5.5 Slots

Slot games on CT888 operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Each spin outcome is independent of previous spins. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panel. CT888 is not responsible for any technical faults within slot game software that are caused by the game provider rather than the CT888 platform itself.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

CT888 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all CT888 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games and minimum odds restrictions will be specified in each offer's terms. Read them before accepting any bonus.

• CT888 reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CT888. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent account closure without the return of deposited funds where fraud or deliberate misconduct is confirmed.

• Registering more than one CT888 account, whether under your own name or using different personal details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or mis-priced odds in a deliberate and systematic way to generate profit from platform errors rather than genuine market assessment.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in live casino or match-fixing in sports markets.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or using another person's identity, payment method or personal details.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification or any communication with CT888 support.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape or interfere with any part of the CT888 platform infrastructure.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

CT888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms or where closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, CT888 will aim to communicate the reason for the suspension to the player within a reasonable timeframe and provide an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Investigations will be completed as promptly as circumstances allow.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct — CT888 may retain any bonus-derived winnings and may withhold deposited funds during the investigation period. Where deposited funds are ultimately determined to have been obtained legitimately, they will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

CT888 also reserves the right to close accounts at its sole discretion for business reasons unrelated to player misconduct, in which case any remaining balance will be returned to the player in full.

9 Privacy & Data

CT888 collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored and your rights in relation to your personal data are described in the CT888 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering a CT888 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw certain consents at any time by contacting CT888 support, though doing so may affect your ability to use some parts of the platform.

CT888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and game studio partners is limited to what is necessary to deliver the services you have requested. 10 Limitation of Liability

CT888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While CT888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning as intended, the following limitations of liability apply:

• CT888 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity interruptions or delays outside of CT888's direct control.

• CT888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity or reputational damage.
• CT888's total liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits CT888's liability in circumstances where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

11 Responsible Gaming

CT888 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment that carry real financial risk.
